Policies
*Hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If a child is in the program later than 6:00 p.m. a late fee of $1.00 per minute, per child will be charged. We require that fee to be paid at that time and accept cash only.
*We provide a daily report for all infants up until the age of 1 year. This includes number of diaper changes, types and amount of foods given, and the child's activity for that day, such as naps or playtime. *We are closed only for the major holidays, including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We are open for all public school vacations, early release days, and snow days, as well as the entire summer.
*We offer sibling discounts as well as additional discounts if tuition is paid bimonthly or monthly. *We subscribe to positive guidance approach; we try to redirect rather than scold. There is no physical or verbal abuse encouraged. *All students bring a complete change of clothes for us to keep in their cubby. *Families of infants must provide all diapers, wipes, bottles, etc until the child is eating table food and potty trained.
*If a child is vomiting, has a fever of 100 degrees or more, diarrhea, any unusual rashes or discharges they must be taken from the program as soon as possible by a parent or guardian. *Only persons indicated on registration form as backup contacts will be allowed to remove your child from this program; proper identification will be required. *All immunizations must be up to date for your child to enroll.

*Breakfast is
served from 6:00 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. Children arriving after
that time should be fed at home.
*Tuition is due
on Friday. There is a $10.00 charge for each day that tuition is
late. In the event of a child's absence, full tuition is still
due and payable.
*We ask that no
food or toys be brought to Karen's Kozy Korner by your child.
